In dessen Lebenslauf finden sich immerhin Namen, wie William DeVaughn (dessen &#8222;Creme De Creme&#8220; nach wie vor zu den Hi-Lites der Soul-Historie z\u00e4hlt&#8230;) und Patti Labelle &#8211; ein bew\u00e4hrter Philly-Soul K\u00e4mpe alter Schule also. Nun auf dem Weg dem stets wohlgelittenen Genre neue Kraft einzuhauchen. Das gerade zusammengestellte Ensemble bietet Erfahrung aus Soul und Jazz, allerdings sucht Mentor deLise noch nach der passenden Richtung. Bis dato gibt\u00b4s Philly Nouveau als frohgemute Tanz-Combo mit Euro-Pop Einschlag, als weichgesp\u00fclten Adult-Soul-Jazz-Pop Sch\u00f6nklang und als Meister des Soul-Jazz Suspense.
