Das Album dazu ist „Out Of My Mind“und wird ab dem 17.04. in den Regalen stehen. Auch bis dahin werden wir nicht mit letzter Sicherheit gekl\u00e4rt haben, warum der Satin Sound des RONNY PELLER nicht schon l\u00e4ngst zu den anerkannten Klassikern des Blue-Eyed-Soul geh\u00f6rt. Sein „From The North“ jedenfalls verlangt nach uneingeschr\u00e4nkter Aufmerksamkeit. Lieber Jazz? Aber dann bitte mit Flow und Swing – eine zus\u00e4tzliche Prise Soul schadet selbstverst\u00e4ndlich ebenfalls nicht. MALCOLM STRACHAN, auch als Mitglied der Haggis Horns rundum gut besch\u00e4ftigt, nimmt die 70er Jazz-F\u00e4den auf, mit deutlichen Blue-Note-Club-Anleihen und gro\u00dfem Ensemble (dem auch eine String-Sektion angeh\u00f6rt) eingespielt. Das Album „About Time“ ist dem sch\u00f6nen Ton verpflichtet und immer mit dem richtigen Schwung an der richtigen Stelle. ALICE MC. Und zwar die Alice aus London. Ihre Single „Far From Heaven“ ist ein vom Piano angefeuerter Hi-Energy Treffer, zu dem es kein Gegenmittel gibt. Unb\u00e4ndiger Drive, klar Richtung – moderner Soul, mit hippem Jazz und jazzigem HipHop. Eine neue Single dieser Alice ist bereits auf dem Weg.<\/p>\n
