Handfest und tief verwurzelt im Rhythm &#038; Blues, in den<!--more--> Traditionen, die schon seit jeher den Soul-Stil und -Ton bestimmt haben. dabei gibt sich &#8222;I Feel It&#8220; in Tempo und Stimmung durchaus moderat, dazu legen die anwesenden Affirmations ein \u00fcberaus solides Musik-Zeugnis ab &#8211; ganz ohne dabei eine Miene zu verziehen. Sei&#8217;s drum, Frau Williams \u00fcberzeugt auch in nachdenklichem Umfeld, die Band sorgt f\u00fcr die wichtigen Akzente und wir freuen uns auf das Album der gro\u00dfen Frau. Das wurde \u00fcbrigens vom Shawn Lee produziert, der angesichts des Auftritts von Stimme und Energie ganz im Soul-Sound-Kraftwerk aufging und h\u00f6rbar keinen Versuch unternahm, die Ressourcen in irgendwie zu kanalisieren oder gar zu beschneiden. Stattdessen sorgte er mit Nachdruck daf\u00fcr, dass die &#8222;50 Foot Woman&#8220; ihre Qualit\u00e4ten ungebremst ausspielen konnte. So kann\u00b4s gehen.
